I have been looking for a record of my great-grandmother, Mary Callie Williams Sawyer. In the Limestone County Tax records for 1888, I find that her husband and my great-grandfather, William J. Sawyer, paid taxes. Other sources tell me that William mov ed from Limestone County to Edwards County in 1888 with his son, my grandfather, Allen Sawyer. I can find no records or burial for Callie (Williams) Sawyer in Edwards County, so I surmise that she was not alive when her husband and son moved from Limeston e County in 1888. I am searching for the final resting places of my ancestors, John Nelson MOODY, wife, Nancy Penelope LEVERETT Moody, and wife's sister Sarah A. LEVERETT. According to information, John Nelson and Nancy lived at Rt. 3 Groesbeck, prior to John's death in 1914 and Nancy's death in 1917. Apparently according to the "History of Limestone County", both were buried in the Bethel Cemetary. On my last visit to Lime- stone County the location of Bethel Cemetary seemed to be out in a cattle pasture. Are there any plats of the cemetary? Is access to the cemetary available? According to my records, Sarah died in 1903 in Frosa Texas ( which now is a part of the TIPPIE RANCH). Are there any records on this cemetary? I am willing to share any information I have. Thank s M.W.
