Nettle Creek Baptist Church Cemetery is an active cemetery as of Nov 2013. The Church is no longer an active church and the building is used to store cemetery equipment. Many of the records were destroyed by flooding many years ago. The oldest section of the cemetery was never platted. Many of the markers in this section are difficult to read and photograph. Several monuments in the oldest section are in small pieces which are unreadable. This cemetery was photographed thru November 15th 2013. It is impossible to obtain a complete and detailed photographic recording and or transcription of this cemetery. Unfortunately due to mother nature many of the markers and interments have been lost.
This cemetery is under the township care. It is well maintained.
The cemetery is located on the corner of Nettle Creek Road and Highway 560 in Champaign county Ohio.
