In 1877 she left Germany with her oldest brother and came to Appleton, Wis. She married her now surviving husband, Christ Heinz in 1901 and lived in Appleton until 1903 when they moved to Green Valley. From there they came to Town Hartland, in the area of Bonduel in 1909. Although Mrs. Heinz had been suffering for many years, no one expected her end would come so quickly. She had been sick only two days before she died on Saturday morning from Tuberculosis. She was 44 years old and leaves besides her husband, a son, stepchildren, also her aged mother, two brothers and two sisters.
