RITES TUESDAY FOR MRS. BARTELT 

Mrs. Paul (Helena) Bartelt, 68, lifelong resident of the Town of Herman, died unexpectedly Friday evening at Green Bay. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, Sept. 9. at the Elias Lutheran church in Herman. Interment will be in the church cemetery. 

The former Helena Borke was born Oct. 16, 1900. She was married to Ernest Schwartz Feb. 19. 1919, and he preceded her in death March 5, 1956. She was married to Paul Bartelt on Nov. 11, 1967. She was owner and operator of the store at Schwartz's Corner on Highway 29. 

Survivors include her husband and a son, Rueben Schwartz, Rt. 3. Two half- sisters and a half-brother also preceded her in death.
