Otto Braun, 91, died today Monday, at the Pine Manor Rest Home. He was born Sept. 7, 1873 in the town of Grant and was married in March 1905 to Lena Rathke who preceded him in death in August 1937. 

He farmed in the town of Grant until 1946 then lived with his daughter on Shawano, Rt. 3 until 1956. For the past 8 years he has made his home at the Pine Manor. He was a member of the First Methodist Church of Marion. and was a retired farmer. Survivors are one daughter, Linda, Mrs. Rudolf Hoernke, Rt. 3, Shawano, and 2 sons, Henry of Markesan and Franklin of Clintonville. Nine grand- children and 17 great-grandchildren survive, also one brother, Ed Braun of Marion. 

Funeral services will be held at 1.00 PM Wednesday, Sept. 23, at The First United Methodist Church. Marion. Interment will be in Green Leaf Cemetery, Marion.
