William Booth Pritchett Family Cemetery

Spotsylvania County, Virginia

Located on private property 200 yards past the end of St. Rt. 692, off of St. Rt. 608 (Robert E. Lee Dr.) approximately 3.5 miles west of Spotsylvania Court House, VA, the cemetery is 50 yards east of the old Wm. Booth Pritchett home place and contains a very large Black Walnut tree which I was told Wallace Pritchett expressed in his will that “the tree never be cut down”. This cemetery contains several marked graves without inscription on the markers, indicated as so †. The information was obtained from data collected from the grave markers and from convervations with Mrs. Edith Pritchett McLeod, Mrs. Mable Pritchett Oesterheld, and Mr. Buford Edward Pritchett in May 2003.
