Rockbridge County, VA Marriage Bonds License Agreement

This is a legal agreement.  Be sure to read the following agreement before using this project.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE MARRIAGE BONDS AND DESTROY ALL COPIES OF THEM.

You may use this Rockbridge County, VA Marriage Bond project without any charge for your personal research.  The Rockbridge County, VA Marriage Bond Project  is owned by Marilyn Headley and Angela Ruley and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  Therefore, you must treat the project like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording).

Commercial distribution of the project is strictly forbidden. The entire site may not be copied for any purpose.

You may not rent or lease the Rockbridge County, VA Marriage Bonds.  If you violate any part of this agreement, your right to use this project terminates automatically and you then must destroy all copies in your possession.

The images and related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind.  Marilyn Headley and Angela Ruley expressly disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.  Under no circumstances shall Marilyn Headley or Angela Ruley be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the images or related documentation.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.  If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
