Norfolk Virginian November 2, 1892
The funeral of Miss Mary E. Jakeman, who died at the family residence, No. 802 
Highland avenue, Sunday afternoon, aged 45 years, took place from the residence 
yesterday morning at 11 o'clock and was conducted by Rev. E. B. McCluer, of the 
Park Avenue Presbyterian Church. The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.
