Marak Catholic Cemetery & Marak Methodist Cemetery - (it is believed the Catholic section is to the right and the Methodist Section is to the left) - These two adjoining cemeteries are located in the northwest quadrant of Milam Co. To get to these active cemeteries from Cameron, take State Hwy 36 north about 2-miles to FM 2269 and turn right and continue about 6-miles and the cemetery is on the left side of the road. In 1999, the cemetery needed mowing and a general cleaning. There is no fence to enclose the cemetery. The left side of the cemetery is Catholic and the right side of the cemetery is Methodist.
