Clemenz Heim
 
At the age of 82 years on Wednesday, the 24th of January, Mr. Clemenz Heim unexpectedly crossed into Eternity.
 
The striken had already come to America as a teen and resettled in the area of East Eden, Erie County, and had lived there 60 years.

 

The (last) evening of his life was spent at his daughter's house, Mrs. A. Schantz of Langford, NY. He was always a good and faithful Catholic, a worthy man in every sense of the word.

At his grave mourned his adult children, Johann, Philip, Anton, Simon, Jmocenz (?) Heim, Mrs. A. Schantz, Mrs. T. Stein and Victor Heim, besides many friends and acquaintances.

The funeral/interment was instead transferred to St. Martin's Church at Langford, NY on Saturday.

The (Entschlasene?  Entschlosene?  determined one?) came to America aleady in his youth and settled near East Eden, Erie Co., where he lived for 60 years.

 

He spent the "evening of his life" (his twillight years) in the home of his daughter, Mrs. A. Schantz of Langford, N.Y. He was a good and true Catholic, a man of integrity in every sense of the word.

 

He is mourned by his now grown children: Johann, Phillip, Anton, Simon, Imocenz Heim, Mrs. A. Schantz, Mrs. I. (T?) Stein, and Mrs. Victor Heim, in addition to many friends and acquaintances.

 

The burial took place on Saturday morning from St. Martin's Church in Langford, N.Y.
