Acres situate in said District on both sides of Goldens & Rices Creek of
12 Mile lRiver it being part of differernt tracts Originally. And now
Surveyed for the purpose of obtaining a new Grant for the same and
hath such shape from and marks as the above Plat Represents & also bounded
as the Plat Represents.

laying on Branches of Coneross Creek Wates of Seneca River adjoining lands
belonging to Saml Maverick & Miller on the north. Maxwell and Magee on
the East Magee on the South and John C. Kilpatrick on the West and hath such
marks from boundings & Buttings on the above Plat represents
Surveyed the 8th July 1842.
