Rachel Ann Webb married John S. Craig April 3, 1883 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 
They had one child, John David Craig. They were divorced. John S. Craig died Jan 
9, 1894. unknown place and cause.  She then married Levi Bowker. They had one 
child Frderick Ernest Bowker. Levi died  Dec 5, 1898 of pneumonia, in Philadelphia. 
She then married Frederick Carr. He died Sept 1, 1921 of tuberculosis, in Philadelphia.
