and belief, and that they know of no reason why the marriage may not be 
lawfully made.

To any Minister of the Gospel, Justice of the Peace, or other officers or 
persons authorized by law to solemnize marriage: 
     You are hereby authorized to join together in the holy state of 
Matrimony, according to the rites and ceremonies of your church, society or 
religious denomination and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,  
 Joseph L. Kidd and  Annie L. Focht
	GIVEN UNDER MY HAND AND THE SEAL OF THE ORPHANS’ COURT of said County 
of Huntingdon, at Huntingdon, Pa.,
this  23rd day of December A. D. 1890

	I, W. L. Smith hereby certify, that on the 24th  day of December 
One thousand eight hundred and ninety, at Huntingdon Pa.
Joseph L. Kidd  and  Annie M. Focht 
were by me united in marriage, in accordance with license issued by the Clerk 
of the Orphans’ Court of Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, numbered 1407.
When returned Dec 30, 1890.
