Last Will of Testament of Peter WOODLEY, late of Chest Township, deceased
In the name of God amen I Peter Woodley of Chest Township, Cambria County,
Pennsylvania, do make and declare this my last will and testament as follows:
First I direct that my body be decently interred in St. Boniface Cemetery
according to the rites of the Catholic church in a manner corresponding with
my situation in life. I give and bequeath to my daughter Christina the sum of
five hundred dollars and the interest thereof from and after my death to be
paid to her by my exector in such sums as she may need for her maintenance.
Item, I give and bequeath to the four children of my deceased daughter Mary
Ann each one hundred dollars to be paid to them on becoming twenty one years
of age.
Item, I give and bequeath to my son Peter one dollar.
Item, I give and bequeath to my four children Martin, Magdalen, Elizabeth and
Catharine the remainder of my property to be divided between them share and
share alike.
And lastly I constitute and appoint my frient Paul Yahner to be executor of
this my will.
In witness whereof I Peter Woodley the testator have to this my will set my
hand and seal the 22d day of July AD 1876.
Sealed and delivered in presence of Jacob Kirkpatrick and John Hill
Sworn and subscribed this 3rd day of August AD 1876

30, 1865
