Archibald Kirkpatrick Dead

Carrolltown, Jan. 4 -- Cambria County loses a remarkable resident in the death of Archibald
Kirkpatrick which occurred last night after a gradual decline at his home in Carroll Township, aged
about 70 years. He was one of five brothers whose physical perfection and strength brought them
fame in their younger days. All were over six feet tall. Jack Kirkpatrick, another of the brothers, died
five or six years ago. The following brothers and sisters survive Archibald Kirkpatrick: Augustine of
Ebensburg; Thomas T., James and Mrs. Philip Huber, all of Carroll Township. The deceased was a
member of St. Benedict's Catholic Church at Carrolltown.
