The State of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, SS.

Jacob Sieber having made application for a Marriage License for himself and 
Eliza A. Woodman of siad County, and being duly sworn on his oath, says that he 
is of the age of not less than twenty-one years, the he has no wife living, 
that said Eliza A. Woodman is of the age of not less than eighteen years, that 
she has no husband living, and that said persons are not nearer of kin than 
second cousins, as he verily believes, and that the names herein given are the 
true and correct names of said parties.

Additional Comments:
Eliza Ann Woodman was the daughter of Robert & Lucrecia Jessie Southby 
Woodman.  She was born August 28, 1867 in Cleveland and died April 20, 1948 in 
Los Angeles Co., CA.  She and Jacob were the parents of Clarence Arthur Sieber 
and Gladys V. Sieber.  Eliza and Jacob were divorced by 1920 in California.
