Additional Comments:
A divorce was recorded for this couple in 1923 in Cuyahoga County. As far as we
have been told, William abandoned Kathryn and their young son William Joseph.
Kathryn S. Denny, also known as Sarah Kathryn Denny Guthrie was married in 1926
to Otto Navratil but upon divorce to him, she resumed the name Guthrie and died
in Montgomery County Ohio Aug. 31, 1948. William Horace Guthrie a.k.a. Brewster
died March 9, 1940 at City Hospital in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County.
