OBITUARY OF CATHERINE E. WELTZIEN (d. 15 DEC 1956, Wadsworth, OH):

"WELTZIEN RITES HELD
Funeral Services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Hilliard funeral home
for Mrs. Cathryn (sic - her family knew her as Catherine) Elizabeth (sic
- her baptismal certificate says Elisa) Weltzien, 76, of 139 Euclid ave.,
who died last Saturday at Wadsworth Municipal hospital. Mrs. Weltzien was
born in Parma and had been a resident of Wadsworth for 35 years. She was
a member of the Wadsworth Church of Christ. She leaves two sons, Clyde
and Victor, both of Wadsworth; a daughter, Mrs. Lola Webster of Sharon
Center; a sister, Mrs. Dorothe Briggs of Fairview Village; nine
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Rev. Philip L. Gould, pastor
of the Church of Christ, officiated at the rites and burial was in
Woodlawn cemetery."
