Discharge From The United States Army
This is to certify, that Emil Ertman a Corporal of Company "C" of the Supply 
Train of the Quartermaster Corps is hereby Discharged from the United States 
Army by reason of "convenience of the Government". 
Said Emil Ertman was born in Warsaw, in Russia, and when enlisted was 21 2/12 
years of age, by occupation a Machinist, had blue eyes, black hair, rudd 
complexion, and was five feet six inches in height.
Given under my hand at War Prison Barracks #2 this 22nd day of July, one 
thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
