managed and being desirous to secure for herself a comfortable support 
and maintenance during her life, she conveys to said Moses Baker for he 
supplies her with a comfortable support and maintenance so long as she 
shall live, or if she prefer it render her annually the sum of $40, her 
discretion, to be made on the 1st day of January each year, all her
