Miss Daisie R. Rountree 

  Funeral services for Miss Daisie Rebecca Rountree, who died Thursday, were 
conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at the graveside in Cedar Hill Cemetery by Rev. 
Kenneth E. Whetzel. 

  Pallbearers: James M. Rountree, Raymond L. Rountree Jr., Charles B. 
Rountree, James Henry Pound III, William Harry Parker, and Hardy J. Askew.

b. 1 Mar 1888, Gates Co., NC, d. 10 Oct 1974, Suffolk, 
interred in Cedar Hill Cemetery (Block V, Lot 9/10*), Suffolk, 11 Oct 1974,

Her mother, Julia F. (PILAND) ROUNTREE (1853 - 1916), is buried in 
   a ROUNTREE family cemetery, Gatesville, Gates Co., NC.
