Virginian Pilot March 17, 1991

Mary A. Casey, 84, of the 2000 block of Parkview Ave., died March 16, 1991, in 
her home.
Mrs. Casey, a native of Sevier County, Tenn., was a member of Christ the King 
Church and the widow of Odus W. Sweat Sr.
Survivors include a daughter, Vanda G. Commodore of Norfolk; a son, Jim Sweat 
Jr. of Gaithersburg, Md.; and four grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Christ the King Church by the 
Rev. Joseph Lehman. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may join the 
family from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk. 
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
