  LAW
  
    Alverta D. Law, 72, of Stoystown RD 2, died June 9, 1993, at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born Sept. 15, 1920, in Boswell, daughter of
  Rudolph and Ruth (Geiger) Perian.  Preceded in death by parents;
  husband, James M.; sisters: Alta Deine Lewis and Mary Grace Perian,
  and brother, Robert Lewis Perian.  Survived by these children: James
  A., married to the former Delores Speicher of Pittsburgh; Bette
  Devine of Bradenton, Fla., and John, married to the former Edna
  Lepley of Sunrise, Fla.; nine grandchildren, five
  great-grandchildren.  Sister of Carl A. Perian, married to former
  Vivian Reid of Ligonier, and Linda, married to Jerry Walters of
  Jennerstown.  Retired from Dorfman-Hoffman Manufacturing, Boswell. 
  Lifelong member of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, Boswell, and member
  of Otterbein Sunday School, Wilbur, and IGWU.  Family will receive
  friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown, where service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Rev. Susanne
  N. Palmquist.
