from The Pittsburgh Press dated Wednesday, July 25 1888  (page 1):

Ann SMITH, aged 66 years, who recently came to this city from Nantyglo
Wales, died at the Homeopathic hospital yesterday.  The funeral was
held from that institution this afternoon, the remains being interred
at Homewood cemetery.

from the City of Pittsburgh Death Records:

Ann SMITH, aged 66 years, widow, died July 24 1888 in Homeopathic
Hospital after a stay of a month and 14 days, phthisis pulmon?is; born
in Wales; burial in Homewood Cemetery on July 25 1888.
