STATE OF OKLAHOMA
COUNTY OF BECKHAM.
To the Creditors of Uriah Smith, Deceased:
All persons having claims against Uriah Smith, deceased, are required to
present the same with necessary vouchers to the undersigned administrator
at Erick, Oklahoma, within four months of the date hereof or the same will
be forever barred.

NOTICE of SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Administrator, Executor or Guardian
In the Matter of the Estate of Uriah Smith.
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of an order of the County Court of the
County of Beckham, State of Oklahoma, made on the 30th day of October 1925
the undersigned Administrator of the Estate of Uriah Smith deceased, will
sell at private sale to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation by
said Court on or after the 30th day of November A.D., 1925, at 10 o'clock
A.M. at Erick, Oklahoma, all the right, title and interest of said estate
of Uriah Smith and all of the rights of the heirs at law of said deceased
in and to the following described Real Estate situate in Beckham County,
State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
The North Half of the Northwest quarter of Section 23; the Southwest
quarter and the South Half of the Northwest quarter, of Section 14, except
six acres off the West side and all being in Township 7 North, Range 25,
W.I.M.
Said Real Estate will be sold on the following terms and conditions, to
wit Cash in hand.
Bids for the purchase thereof must be in writing and must be filed in the
County Court or delivered to the undersigned at Erick, Oklahoma.
