In the name of God Amen I Margaret Watson of the
County of Orange & State of North Carolina being weake
in body but in perfect mind & memory thanks be
unto God therefor do make & ordain this my last &[sic]
will & testament in manner following Viz ~~~~

Item I give to my daughter Helen Riley the suit of
curtains that I now have & also my cow that I now
have or eight dollars in place of the cow to her & her
heirs for ever ~~

Item I give & bequeath to my son James Watson one
dollar to him & his heirs for ever ~~~~~~~~~

Item I give & bequeath to my daughter Rebecca Watson
the pare of andirons & one small dutch oven that
I now have to her & her heirs for ever ~~~~~~~~~

Item I give to my D[a]ughter Elizabeth Lamb/Comb one dollar to
her & her heirs for ever ~~~~~~~~

Item I give & bequeath to my son Andrew Watson one dollar
to him & his heirs for ever~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Item I give & bequeath to my daughter Nancy McDaniel
one fire shovel & tongs & a bread baker that I now have
to her & her heirs for ever ~~~~~~~~~~~

Item I give to my son John Watson my bed & bedstead
& bed cloaths & to ["him" x-out] his daughter Margaret Watson
my dining table to them & thur heirs for ever ~~~~~~~

Item I give to my son Robert Watson all the ballance of
my house hold ferniture & all the residue of my estate
after all my Just depts are paid to him & his heirs
for ever ~~~~

Lastly I make & ordain my beloved son Robert
Watson Executor of this my last will & testament
hereby revoking all former wills by me maid

The Execution of the foregoing Last Will and Testament
of Margaret Watson decd. was duly proved in open Court
by the oath of Js R Watson & Farmer Smith the the[sic] subscribing
witnesses thereto and ordered to be Recorded -- At the same
time Robert Watson Executor therein named appeared in
open Court and qualified accordingly
