        SMITH vs. BRYAN


We the subscribers who have signed opposite our
seals being summoned to try a disputed Entry between
Silus SMITH of the one part and Michael BRYAN of the
other being sworn to do equal wright and Justice to
the best of our knowledge between the contending
parties finds as follows  viz.  that Silus SMITH has
a wright to the disputed premises in preference To
Michael BRYAN:  Witness our hands and seals this
18th day of Nov. 1778
