Location:
This cemetery lies about 4 miles from the town of Windsor, on the left side
of the #17 State Highway, leading from Windsor to Edenton, approximately 15
yards from said highway in the field of the lands belonging to Mrs. Sallie B. Lawrence.  On right before Greens Cross Church.

Ruffin was the son of Reddin Haywood Castellow (born in 1830) and Elizabeth Phelps (born in 1837).
