                               MINDWELL J. CHADWICK
                                   1821 - 1911

Mindwell (Mina) J. "Baldwin" Chadwick daughter of Roswell Baldwin and Martha 
Hamlin was born on November 13, 1821 in Atwater, Portage, Ohio USA. She died on 
February 18, 1911 in Riley Township, Clinton, Michigan USA and buried at Fairview 
Cemetery, Section 2, Lot 264, Space 5 in Dansville, Ingham, Michigan USA. On March 
15, 1840 she married Chapin F. Chadwick and had four children: Hannah Lovisa 
(Lafayette Sheldon), Emily Jane (Andrew Jackson Miller), John Eber (Mary E. 
Miller) and Ruth M. Chadwick (Jewell "Jay" E. Osborne).
