MRS. PIERRE SIMON - Funeral services for Mrs. Pierre Simon, 73, nee Elizabeth 
Clark, who died at her home in the second ward of this parish Thursday, were 
held this afternoon at St. Alphonsus Church at Maurice and interment was made in 
the Catholic cemetery there.

Mrs. Simon is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Nugent of Rayne, Mrs. Herbert 
Trahan, Mrs. Alpheud Trahan and Mrs. Henry Hernandez of this parish; four sons, 
Homer, August, Jules and Eugene Simon also of this parish; one sisters, Mrs. 
Numa Broussard of Vermilion parish; three brothers, Clemile and Albert Clark of 
Vermilion parish and Pierre of Lafayette Parish; 56 grandchildren and 39 great 
grandchildren.

A.A. Crouchet of the Dauterive Undertaking Co. was in charge of arrangements.
