MRS. SEVERIN DUHON DIES AT THE AGE OF 78.

The death of Mrs. Severin Duhon, nee Marie Hebert, occurred at the home of a 
son, Frank Duhon, in the Eighth Ward of Lafayette parish at 9:00 p.m. Monday at 
the age of 78 years.

Funeral services were held this afternoon at 4:00 o'clock at St. Peter and St. 
Paul Catholic Church in Scott and interment took place in the Catholic cemetery 
there.

Mrs. Duhon is survived by three sons, George, Frank and Walter Duhon, all of 
this parish; two brothers, Edgar and Eras Hebert, both of Breaux Bridge; and 
eight grandchildren.

The funeral arrangements were in charge of Rene Delhomme and Son.
