Brother of Mrs. E. A. Skains Killed At Georgetown Sunday

"Little" Jim Capps, about 20, of Georgetown, is dead and Willie Guynes, about
24, of Bear Creek community, Grant Parish, is seriously wounded and in the
hospital at Alexandria, as a result of a gun duel staged in Georgetown last
Sunday afternoon.

The shooting occurred at the home of Newt Zeigler, about three miles west of
Georgetown.  Cause of the trouble was not known.

Capps was the brother of Mrs. E. A. Skains of Winnfield.  Mrs. Skains, with a
number of Winnfield relatives attended the funeral services in Georgetown
Monday.
