Remedios Cavan Montalban, aged 74 years young, passed peacefully on August 13, 
2004. 
She was born in the Philippines to Doroteo and Emiliana Cavan, and was preceded 
in death by her beloved husband, Felix Montalban. 
She is survived by her beloved Children: Vivian, Susan, Debbie, Diane, and 
Felix, Jr. with wife Adela and son-in-law Lawrence. Her beloved Grandchildren 
Ronnie, Christopher, Justin, Jeffrey, Jamie, and Michael; her beloved Brother 
Ben Cavan and beloved Niece, Redempta Pana. She lived in Stockton, CA and spent 
her last two years in Daly City, CA. Remedios lived a wonderful and happy life. 
She was a Singer here in Stockton and had a beautiful voice. She was loved by 
her family, relatives, and friends and will be surely missed. The family wishes 
to extend a Heartfelt "Thank You" to the Staff of the Villa Residence Care 
Facility in Daly City, CA for the wonderful care given to their mother. It will 
never be forgotten. 
Friends and family are invited to come to Stockton, CA for viewing on 
Wednesday, Aug. 18th from 12 Noon to 7:00 pm at the Chapel of the Palms located 
at 303 S. California St. (corner Lafayette St). Rosary will be recited on 
Thursday, Aug. 19th at 6:00 p.m., at the Chapel of the Palms. The Funeral Mass 
will be held on Friday, Aug. 20th at 9:30 a.m. at St. George's Catholic Church 
located at 120 W. 5th Street. Burial to follow at San Joaquin Cemetery located 
at 
719 E. Harding Way, Stockton.
