Fe Cortuna Tejamo 
Sept. 10, 1941 - Feb. 26, 2005



On Saturday, February 26, 2005, Fe Cortuna Tejamo passed away peacefully after 
several months battling cancer. Fe was born September 10, 1941 in Iloilo, 
Philippines. In the mid 1960s, she came to the United States in Philadelphia 
and was a childcare provider as employment for several years. In 1967, Fe came 
to Stockton, California to see her sister, Helen Ayupan and eventually obtained 
her Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) and has been employed with Helios Health Care 
for the past 30 years. Fe married Victor Tejamo on September 5, 1980 and made 
their home in Stockton where they recently became members and actively served 
at St. George's Church for the last five years. 
Mrs. Fe Tejamo is survived by her loving husband, Victor Tejamo, her beloved 
sister, Helen Ayupan, her mother-in-law, Fely Tejamo, brothers-in-law, Cesar, 
Ernesto and Samuel Tejamo and sisters-in-law, Eva, Cora and Ester, 
respectively. There are several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-
nephews, all of whom will miss their "Auntie Fe"/ "Grandma Fe" deeply. 
The Rosary will be recited at the Chapel of the Palms, corner of Lafayette and 
California at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2005. The Funeral Mass will take 
place on Friday, March 4, 2005 at 9:30 a.m. at St. George's Catholic Church, 
120 West Fifth Street followed by a burial service at the San Joaquin Catholic 
Cemetery on Harding Way. Visitation will be Wednesday, 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. 
and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
