Phoenix Skaggs Ivey, 76 of Springdale, died June 18, 2002, at the Northwest 
Medical Center in Springdale.
Born Jun 16, 1926, at Huntsville, to Corley Thadeous and Lucy Warren Skaggs.
Preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, married Aug 4, 1946.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Edward A (Andy) and Marsha 
Ivey, and K Alan and Kathy Ivey; two daughters and a son-in-law, Carla Ann 
White and Lester, and Arlene Faulkner; one brother, Herman Skaggs; eight 
grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services Satruday, Jun 22, at Sisco chapel of Springdale, burial in 
Zion Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Jim Hall, Brian Faulkner, Johnny Taylor, Steve Butler, Shawn 
Skaggs, and Justin Banner.
