James Clark Irwin, 76, of Springdale died Sunday, Apr 11, 2004, at Northwest 
Medical Center in Springdale.
Born Jun 22, 1927, in Fayetteville, son of Pauline Clark Irwin. His father 
died when he was 14.
Married Wanda Karnes on Dec 26, 1949
Member of First United Methodist Church in Springdale
Survived by his wife; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jim and Judy Irwin and 
George Irwin; one daughter, Paula Irwin; six grandchildren, J clark Irwin, Jill 
Pennick and husband Ted, Carrie and Lauren Irwin, and Hannah and Hailey 
Herdlinger.
Funeral services at 2pm Wednesday, Apr 14, 2004, at the First United Methodist 
Church, burial in Cane Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Jim Cypert, Pat Henry, Bob Johnson, Arnold Williams, Scott Van 
Lanningham, Truly Ponder, Steve Russell and Bob Chambers.
Honorary pallbearers: Bill Farnsworth, Glen Skinner, Andy Wickman, Buddy Wray, 
Bob Baskin, Hiram (Poke) Knight, Howard Colburn, Bill Ruble, Don Harp and Bill 
Ferguson.
