Cicero McBroom, age 65, of Homer, La., died Sunday in a Homer hospital after a 
lengthy illness.  A WWII veteran, Mr. McBroom was a retired rough neck for May 
Drilling Co., and a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Homer, La.  
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Racheal Gross McBroom of Homer; four sisters, 
Frances McBride and Alice Moreau, both of Alexandria, La., Lou Ella Gwin of 
Shreveport, and Juanita Griffin of Springhill, La.; three brothers, Osero 
McBroom, Robert McBroom and Lamar McBroom.  Funeral services will be at 11 
a.m. today at the Rose-Neath Chapel with the Rev. White officiating.  Burial 
will be in Champagnolle Cemetery, Calion under the direction of the Rose-Neath 
Funeral Home.


Additional Comments:
Cicero was the son of Robert Patrick MCBROOM and Minnie Alice MILES of LaSalle 
Parish LA.
