VIOLET LAWRENCE WEBB

Mrs. Violet Lawrence Webb of Marianna died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 1993, at Crittenden Memorial
Hospital in West Memphis. She was 68. Mrs. Webb was born Jan. 27, 1924, in Marianna, to
Charlie Lawrence and Mary Webb Lawrence. She was a homemaker and a member of the Petty’s
Baptist Church. She leaves her husband, James T Webb of Marianna; four sons, Tony, Mickey,
David and Carl Webb, all of Marianna; three daughters, Claudine Gadberry of Wynne, Carolyn
Landsdale of Marianna and Gwen Durrett of Burleson TX; a sister, Cora Williams of West
Helena; 26 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held today, Jan. 21, at 10 am at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel
in Mariana with the Rev. Bill Watt officiating. Burial followed in LaGrange Cemetery in
LaGrange, Ark. under the direction of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home.
