UNION HILL CEMETERY

Located 18.7 miles east of Waldron on Highway 80 in Dutch Creek
Valley, Scott County, Arkansas. List is updated from a visit January
25, 2003. I was able to look at an old Ledger for Union Hill and
have noted some of those graves - there are many nore; I didn't have
the opportunity to take them all down. (All notes in parenthesis are
mine - from my own research or personal knowledge.)

My notes: I think the grave for Jincy H., wife of James Harrald, may be for the
mother of Lurilla Lydia Harrald Tate, wife of William Tate. It is unknown where
William Tate is buried and it is thought he was killed by bushwhackers during
the Civil War.

Jincy's husband James Harrald is buried in Winchester Cemetery, Franklin County,
Alabama. Their name is also spelled Herril. Jincy's tombstone was broken in half
and somewhat difficult to read, but I believe it was spelled Harrald.
