Victor B. Henderson Jr. , 57 of route 2,
North Little Rock, a nursing assistant for the
Veteran's Administration Hospital, died Thursday.     
Henderson was a member of Northwest Assembly of God
Church and served in the Army Air Corps.             

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Charlsie Muse Henderson;
two sons, Ralph Edward Henderson, of NLR, and James
Henderson of Jacksonville, Florida; a daughter, Mrs.
Mary A. Fulmer of NLR; four brothers: Robert Henderson
of Dublin, Texas, Sam Henderson & Glenn Henderson,
both of Naylor, Arkansas, and Bill Henderson of Forth
Worth, Texas and 10 grandchildren.                    

Funeral will be at 3:00 P. M. Saturday at McNutt
Funeral Home of Conway. Burial will be in Naylor
Cementery (Faulkner County).
