County, Arkansas. The Son of Johnny Wesley & Viola (Carmichael) Copeland.  

He was a former employee of the N.L.R. School District.  Elton is survived 

by his wife, Joyce L. Copeland; 4 daughters,  Lori M. Blanchard & Jennifer 

R. Yearber both of Jacksonville; Clystie L. Copeland & Paige Copeland 

both of N.L.R.; PARENTS: WES AND VIOLA COPELAND  Of N.L.R.; 2 brothers 

Johnny Copeland & Roy Lee Copeland both of N.L.R.; 2 sisters, Shelby 

Collins of Mayflower & Judy Shirley of N.L.R.  3 Grandchildren.
