This program (1924) listed the late Rev. O. J. Wade, former pastor of Beech
Street Baptist Church, as giving the invocation. The commencement address was
given by Congressman Otis Wingo. President of the Board of Education was Ben F.
Smith, Superintendent was S. E. Green, and Principal was B. F. Lackey. The
benediction was voiced by rev. J. W. Mann. 

Class officers were: Willard Taft, president; Maragret McGuire, vice president; 
Ruth Breit, secretary; and Murle Block, treasurer. 

Honor students were: Murle Block, first; and Hamilton Wilson, second.
