Bennie S. LeMay
Stamps, Ark. - Bennie S. LeMay, 67, of Stamps, died Tuesday in a Lewisville,
Ark., hospital after a short illness.

Services will be 10 a.m., Friday at Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Stamps, with
the Rev. Horace Weaver, the Rev. David Talbert and the Rev. J. W. Helms
officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery, Lewisville.

Mr. LeMay was a retired equipment operator, a lifetime resident of Lafayette
County area and a member of the Stamps Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include: his wife Ruby LeMay of Stamps; four sons, Allen LeMay of
Jakareta, Indonesia, Donald LeMay of Jonesville, La., Tim LeMay of
Texarkana, Texas, and Tilman LeMay of Stamps; three sisters, Ruth Bearden of
Stamps, Willie Hall of Avenger, Texas and Grace Hatcher of Texarkana, Ark.;
12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Note: Bennie leMay was born to the union of Barton Samuel & Julia Hannah
Wilson LeMay on April 8, 1914. He marrie Ruby Izet Brown on dec. 30, 1933 in
Lafayette Co., Ark.
