Note:  The newspaper erroneously place a middle initial W. instead of
the M. it should have been.

Hendrix
Milburn W. Hendrix, 58, of Bono, Route One, died Saturday at Bernard's
Regional Medical Center.  He was of the Baptist belief and lived most
of his life in Sterling, Ill., before returning to Bono three years ago.

Survivors include five sisters, Etta Pratt of Jonesboro, Mary Preston
and Viola Hampton of Bono, Lorene Haywood of Fairfax Station, Va., and
Ima Lee McKanna of Washington, D.C.

Graveside funeral services will be at 1 Monday afternoon in the Oak
Ridge Cemetery with Marion Stringer officiating, under the direction of
Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro.

Visitation will be Monday morning from 8 until noon at the funeral
home.
