PETIT JEAN COUNTRY HEADLIGHT - WED.. AUG. 23, 1995 

Mrs. Normendia Odom, 77, of Kansas City, Mo., died Sun., Aug. 13, 1995.

She was born April 23, 1918, in Springfield, a daughter of Willie B. and 
Acellious Johnson. She was a member of Cleveland Ave. Baptist Church and a
 retired beautician.

Survivors include two sons, Roy E. Odom of Plumerville and Joe L. Odom of 
Kansas city, Mo.; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were 2 p.m. Sat. at the Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church by 
the Rev. Matthew Smith. Burial was at Greater Mt. Olive Cemetery by Acklin 
Funeral Home of Morrilton.

Pallbearers were Thomas Conner, Rubin Payne, Tyree Brewer, Scipio Hoyle, 
Leroy Fowler, and Levelt Hill.
