WILL OF WILLIAM R. ROSE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I William R. Rose, a resident citizen of Bentonville, Benton, 
County, Arkansas, being of lawful age and of sound and disposing mind 
and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will, and 
testament, hereby revoking any former wills or codicils made by me, if any.

Item 1.  I hereby direct that all my just and legal debts and expenses 
of last sickness and burial, be first paid.

Item 2.  All the balance of my estate, including all real and personal 
property of every kind and wheresoever located, I will devise and _____ 
to my wife, Effie A. Rose.

Item 3.  It is my will, that if the said Effie A. Rose, dies before my 
death, then in that event, I will, devise and bequeath unto Bill Dalton, 
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, two thirds of said balance of real and 
personal property and one third of said balnace of real and personal 
property to my daughter, Mildred Price.  If said Bill Dalton be deceased 
at the time of my death, then to that event, such part willed to Bill 
Dalton, shall go to and vest in the following persons:  Joe Dalton (wife 
of Bill Dalton) in the amount of two thirds and one third to my sister, 
Mary Gregg.  If the said Mildred Price be deceased at the time of my 
death, in such event the part willed to her shall go to and vest in her 
son, Arlin Price.

Item 4.  I hereby ______ and appoint Bill Dalton, as Executor of my 
estate and request that no bond be required.

     Executed at Bentonville, Arkansas on this 2nd day of June, 1964.

Signed, published and declared by William R. Rose, to be his last will, 
on above date, in the presence of the undersigned witnesses, who at the 
request of William R. Rose, and in his presence and in the presence of 
each other, do hereby sign said will as subscribing and attesting 
witnesses, this June 2, 1964.
