WILL OF EFFIE A. ROSE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Effie A. Rose, a resident citizen of Bentonville, Benton County, 
Arkansas, being of lawful age and of sound and disposing mind and 
memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and 
testament, hereby revoking any former wills or codicils, if any made by me.

Item 1.  I hereby direct that all of my just and legal debts and 
expenses of last sickness and burial, be first paid.

Item 2.  I will the balance of my estate, including all real and 
personal property of every kind and wheresoever located, I will devise 
and bequeath unto my husband, William R. Rose.

Item 3.  It is my will that if the said William R. Rose, dies before my 
death, than in that event, I will devise and bequeath unto my son, Bill 
Dalton two thirds of said balance of real and personal property and one 
third of the balance of real and personal property to Mildred Price, the 
daughter of William R. Rose.  If the said Bill Dalton should be deceased 
at time of my death, then in that event, such part willed to Bill Dalton 
shall go to and vest in the following persons, Joe Dalton, (wife of Bill 
Dalton,) in the amount of two thirds to said Joe Dalton and one third to 
my sister, Maude Gustafson.  If the said Mildred Price be deceased at 
the time of my death, then in that event such part willed to her shall 
go to and vest in her son, Arlin Price.

Item 4.  I hereby nominate and appoint Bill Dalton as Executor of my 
estate and request that no bond be required.

     Executed at Bentonville, Arkansas, on this 2nd day of June 1964.

Signed, published and declared by Effie A. Rose, to be her last will, on 
above date, in the presence of the undersigned witnesses, who at the 
request of Effie A. Rose and in her presence and in the presence of each 
other, do hereby sign said will, as subscribing  and attesting 
witnesses, this June 2, 1964.
