IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
OF DOSS LUKER, DECEASED
ORDER FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
     Now, on this 4th day of April 1946, is presented to the court the
application and bond of W. B. Holyfield for letters of administration on the
estate of Doss Luker, deceased, together with the writtn waiver of right to
administer on said estate signed by Charley Luker, Virgil Luker, Bertha 
Ramsey,
Grace Tharp and Ernest Luker, the surviving brothers and sisters and 
sole heirs-
at-law of said deceased and making that petitioner be appointed 
administrator of
said estate, And it appearing to the court that said doss Luker died 
intestate
in Benton County, Arkansas, on or about March 27, 1946, leaving personal
property in said county which may be lost or destroyed if administration 
be not
had thereon, and it further appearing to the court that said bond is in 
due form
and sufficient in amount; and that petitioner is a resident of Benton 
County,
Arkansas, and qualified to act as such administrator.
     It is therefore ordered by the court that said W. B. Holyfield be 
and he is
hereby appointed administrator of the estate of said Doss Luker, and has 
paid
bond, which is duly filed herein, is by the court approved, and the clerk of
this court is hereby directed to issue to said W. B. Hollyfield letters of
administration on said estate.
