Oscar Roy Drinkard,Hartselle - Funeral for
Oscar R.Drinkard 74,of Route 3 Hartselle,
who died Friday in a Falkville Nursing Home,will be Sunday ar 2 p.m.at Oden Ridge
Baptist Church with the Rev.Harvel Smith officating,with burial in the adjoining
cemetery,Peck Funeral home directing.
Survivors include his wife  Mrs.Claudia Drinkard of Hartselle,a sister,Mrs.Ethel
Williams of Trinity,two brother's Foyd Drinkard of Hartselle  and Ollie Lee Drinkard
of Trinity.Pallbearers will be nephews.The body will remain at the funeral home
untill time for the service.
Mr.Drinkard was a member of the Pine Burr Baptist Church.

Additional Comments:
Gr-Uncle Oscar was a twin to Ollie Lee but there is a mistake in Ollie's
headstone.It shows a different birth year.Ollie,Uncle Oscar,Aunt Claudia and Ethel
are all buried at Oden Ridge Cem.Older generations
refered to Lawrence ove Church and cemetery as Pine Burr.
