THE ESTATE OF T.B. MIDDLETON A PERSON OF UNSOUND MIND

1. T.B. Middleton is a male, 83 years of age, resident of more than 46 years
in Jones County, Texas.

2. Estate of $30,000.00, consisting principally of real estate in Jones County,
Texas.

4. T.B. Middleton is of unsound mind, non compus menti, insane and incapable
and incompetent to manage, control and dispose of his estate.

5. Your petitioner is the  oldest son of T.B. Middleton.

6. T.B. Middleton has a living wife, Lucy C. Middleton, living in Jones County, 
Texas. She is not qualified to act as guardian of the estate of said T.B.
Middleton.
